Ingredients

Flour: a cup
Eggs: 1 piece (large size)
Milk: half a cup
Breadcrumbs: 2 cups
Salt: a teaspoon
Black pepper: a teaspoon
Calamari: 1 kilo
Cooking spray: as needed

Direction:

  1. Heat the air fryer at 200°C.
  2. Put the flour in a bowl.
  3. Beat the egg with the milk in a bowl.
  4. In a third bowl, put the breadcrumbs with salt and black pepper.
  5. Cover the calamari rings first in flour, then in the egg mixture, and finally in the breadcrumbs.
  6. Place the rings in the basket of the air fryer and spray the surface with oil mist.
  7. Cook for 4 minutes, then flip the rings, spray with oil, and leave for 3 minutes, until brown and crispy, then serve.
