Ingredients

A box of cannelloni pasta.
Five hundred grams of minced meat.
A piece of grated onion.
A piece of grated tomato.

Tips :
You can replace olive oil with vegetable oil in the same amount.

Direction:

1. How to prepare the meat mixture:

  1. Heat two tablespoons of olive oil in a wide frying pan, add a grated onion and a clove of mashed garlic, stir the ingredients well, then leave the onion until it wilts.
  2. Add five hundred grams of minced meat to the onions, stir well, then leave them until they are tender.
  3. Season with salt, black pepper as needed, and 1 teaspoon of oregano, and stir until well combined.
  4. Add to the previous ingredients a grain of grated tomato and a tablespoon of tomato sauce, stir the ingredients well, then leave them until they dry completely from the water, and remove them from the heat.
  5. Stuff the cannelloni pasta with the meat mixture, and set aside.
  6. Bring a baking tray and pour in it half the amount of bechamel, and half the amount of red sauce, then arrange the stuffed cannelloni in it.
  7. Pour the rest of the b├ęchamel and red sauce over the cannelloni, then sprinkle half a cup of shredded mozzarella cheese, and half a cup of shredded cheddar cheese on it.
  8. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius, then insert the cannelloni tray into it, leave it for 30-40 minutes, then take it out and serve.

2. How to prepare the red sauce:

  1. Heat two tablespoons of vegetable oil in a wide frying pan, add a grated onion and a clove of crushed garlic, stir well, then leave the onion until it wilts.
  2. Pour two cups of tomato juice, add salt and black pepper as needed to the onions and stir the ingredients well, then leave the mixture until it boils and becomes thick, then remove it from the heat.

3.How to prepare the bechamel:

  1. Heat four tablespoons of butter in a deep saucepan, add four tablespoons of white flour, and stir the ingredients well.
  2. Add four cups of liquid milk to the flour mixture, and continue to stir until the ingredients are well combined, and the mixture becomes thick.
  3. Add salt and ground white pepper to the bechamel as needed, stir the ingredients well, then remove from the heat, and so it is ready to use.
