Ingredients

– A glass of cold water
– Five pieces of orange.
– Two medium sized carrots, chopped.
– spoon of white sugar.
– 4 to 5 ice cubes.

Direction:

  • Put the chopped carrots into the blender. Add orange juice to the blender, then add the sugar. Add water and ice cubes. Mix the ingredients well.
