Ingredients

Chicken breast: 4 breasts (boneless and skinless)
Butter: 2 tablespoons
Italian seasoning: 2 teaspoons
Salt, to taste
Black pepper to taste
Rice: 1 cup (white)
Chicken broth: two and a half cups
Lemon juice: 1 tablet
Italian seasoning: 1 teaspoon (for rice)

Direction:

  1. In a frying pan on the fire, melt the butter, then put the chicken and season with salt, black pepper, and Italian spices.
  2. Fry the chicken for 3 minutes on each side, then transfer the chicken to a plate.
  3. In the same pan, add the rice, chicken broth, lemon juice, and Italian seasoning, then put the chicken over it, cover the pot and leave it for 20-25 minutes.
  4. Pour into a serving dish and garnish with parsley and lemon slices.
