Ingredients

Chicken: Whole chicken
Dried thyme: a cup
Lemon juice: a cup
Salt, to taste
Garlic: 10 cloves (chopped)

Direction:

  1. Heat the oven at 180°C.
  2. Season the chicken with garlic, salt and lemon, then put it in a non-stick oven tray and put the tray in the oven for 35 minutes.
  3. Remove the tray from the oven, add the dry thyme (zaatar), and lemon juice to the chicken, then return the tray to the oven until it is completely cooked, then serve hot.
