Ingredients

Chicken breast: 1 kilo (cut into cubes)
Salt: a pinch
Black pepper: a pinch
Cardamom: a teaspoon (fine)
Red pepper powder: 1 teaspoon
Paprika: a teaspoon
Garlic powder: a teaspoon
Vinegar: 2 tablespoons
Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
Water: a splash
Rusk: a cup
Flour: a cup (mixed with sesame)
Eggs: 2 tablets (scrambled)
Vegetable oil: 3 cups

Direction:

  1. In a deep bowl, put the chicken cubes, and mix them with vinegar, water and olive oil.
  2. Season with salt, black pepper, cardamom, paprika, garlic powder, and pepper powder and mix the chicken well, then leave it for about 4 hours until it absorbs the seasoning.
  3. Dip the chicken cubes in the flour and sesame, then in the beaten eggs, then in the breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat the vegetable oil in a deep saucepan over a high heat, then fry the chicken pieces until they are golden brown, then serve.
