Ingredients

Fish: 1 piece (sea bass / washed)
Lemon: 2 tablets (sliced)
Onion: 1 piece (sliced)
Green pepper: 1 piece (chopped)
Lemon juice: 3 tablespoons
Olive oil: 3 tablespoons
Garlic: 5 cloves
Parsley: 2 tablespoons (chopped)
Cumin: a teaspoon
Coriander: a teaspoon
Paprika: a teaspoon
Salt: a teaspoon

Direction:

  1. Season the fish with salt, paprika, coriander, cumin, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and chopped pepper.
  2. In the oven tray, put the lemon slices, and the onion slices.
  3. Put the fish on top of the vegetables.
  4. Put chopped parsley on the face.
  5. Put the tray in the oven until the fish is cooked.
  6. You can add brocoli, cucumber and eggs for nutritional value
