Ingredients

Chicken breast: half a kilo (cut into cubes)
Salt, to taste
White pepper: as desired
Garlic: cloves
Mustard: 2 teaspoons
Flour: half a cup
Breadcrumbs: half a cup
Eggs: 1 piece (scrambled)
Corn oil: a quarter cup
Burger bun: 4 pieces
Lettuce: half a grain (thinly sliced)
Onion: 1 piece (cut into round slices)
Tomato: 1 pc (cut into round slices)

Direction:

  1. Put the chicken, spices, garlic and mustard in the blender and turn it on to get a smooth dough and form four discs of the dough, making sure that it fits the size of the burger bread.
  2. Dip the chicken strips in the flour, then in the egg, and finally in the breadcrumbs, making sure that they are completely coated on all sides.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan on the stove and fry the burger until it turns red and cooked, then open the burger bun from the middle and put the chicken slice with vegetables in it.
