PREP TIME: 05 MINUTES.

SERVES: ONE PERSON.

Ingredients:

Fresh coconut.
a glass of milk;
A cup of sugar syrup.
Two tablespoons of gelatin powder.
spoonful of vanilla
Ice cubes.
Food colours.

Direction:

  1. Divide the coconut juice into two parts.
  2. Put a portion of the coconut juice and gelatin powder in a small saucepan.
  3. Put the saucepan on the stove, and stir constantly, until the gelatin dissolves. Remove the mixture from the heat. Put the mixture in a square mold and leave it to solidify, and then cut the mold into squares.
  4. Mix the other part of the coconut juice with sugar syrup, milk, and vanilla, and mix well.
