a glass of milk;
A cup of sugar syrup.
Two tablespoons of gelatin powder.

- Divide the coconut juice into two parts.
- Put a portion of the coconut juice and gelatin powder in a small saucepan.
- Put the saucepan on the stove, and stir constantly, until the gelatin dissolves. Remove the mixture from the heat. Put the mixture in a square mold and leave it to solidify, and then cut the mold into squares.
- Mix the other part of the coconut juice with sugar syrup, milk, and vanilla, and mix well.
